One of the frequent email viruses going around this days it's in zip attachments and pretend to be from NACHA. Please be smart and don't open the attachment called report_*.pdf.zip.

The email looks like this:

The ACH transaction,

recently initiated from your checking account (by you or any other person),

was canceled by the other financial institution.
